Overview

Power Brains’ ERP brings human resources, customer relationships, sales force automation and employee self-service into a single product. I own the end-to-end design of these modules on both web and mobile — from flows and wireframes to high-fidelity screens, prototypes and QC.

(02)

The challenge

Four modules had grown independently, each with its own patterns. Admins jumped between inconsistent navigation, dense tables and dashboards that didn’t surface what mattered. Employees on mobile needed fast, focused access to everyday tasks like attendance and leave.

(03)

Goals

  1. 01Unify navigation and visual language across HRM, CRM, SFA and ESS
  2. 02Redesign login, dashboards and home screens around the most frequent tasks
  3. 03Build reusable components so new screens ship faster and stay consistent
  4. 04Close the gap between design and build through structured handoff and QC

Process

  1. 01

    Map the flows

Documented the core journeys for admins and employees — onboarding, attendance, leave, leads, field visits — and turned them into user flows that exposed duplicated steps and dead ends.

  2. 02

    Wireframe & align

Low-fidelity wireframes let stakeholders and developers agree on structure before pixels. Each module got the same skeleton: global navigation, contextual filters, and focused content areas.

  3. 03

    Systemise the UI

Built a library of reusable Figma components — tables, form controls, status chips, cards and empty states — so every module speaks the same visual language.

  4. 04

    Prototype, hand off, QC

Interactive prototypes validated the flows; developer handoff included specs and states, and I ran QC passes on builds so the shipped product matches the design.

Outcome

A consistent, component-driven ERP experience that admins and employees navigate the same way across every module — with a design library that speeds up new features and a QC loop that keeps builds faithful to the design.
